The LMHS Music Program consists of Marching Band,Wind Ensemble,Concert Band,Jazz Ensemble,AP Music Theory,and Choir. LMHS Ensembles are consistent award winners at district,regional,and state competitions,and can be found performing for many local district and community events. As both musicians and people we dedicate our musical education to the pursuit of humility,discipline,and pride in ourselves and what we can accomplish together. Matadores Rock! The LMHS Marching Band and Color Guard is a big and powerful focus of the LMHS Music Program. We are a field show band. Our Fall 2011 field show is entitled “TrappeD.”We compete in the class of 3A and participate in SCSBOA shows. While our ultimate musical goal is to provide an intensive musical education for all students,our ultimate performance goal every season is to make it into the SCSBOA Championships!
